Accountants Who Can Actually Reconcile a Shopify Payout
If you sell online, we handle your tax, bookkeeping and structure so reconciling four platforms is no longer your second shift. Whether you are on Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon or eBay, we map your Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna payouts, track your refunds and chargebacks, run your COGS inventory-aware and keep your multi-state GST right.
You Run the Store All Day, Then Reconcile It at Night
It is late. The store is finally quiet, so now you are matching a Shopify payout against the orders behind it, working out which lines were refunds, which were Afterpay fees, and why the number in your bank does not match the number on the dashboard. You are not avoiding the books. You are running a business, and reconciling four platforms and five payment gateways was never meant to be your second shift.
We work with sellers across Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon and eBay, on one channel or six. Here is what changes when the books are ours.
The payouts reconcile themselves
Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna and Apple Pay flow through A2X or Link My Books into Xero, split into gross sales, fees, refunds and tips. You stop matching deposits by hand and get your evenings back.
Each channel and currency lands where it should
Run Shopify alongside Amazon, eBay and a retail counter and every channel keeps its own fee structure, its own margin and its own GST treatment. Marketplace fees, FBA storage, Amazon reserves and overseas sales are each handled to the right rule, not lumped together.
You hear from us between BAS quarters, not just at one
Books reconciled by the 10th, a monthly read on which products carry your margin, and a two-hour reply when a payout looks wrong or a new gateway goes live. We answer the question while it still matters, not in a return next July.

We Are in Your Corner on the Numbers Most Accountants Get Wrong
We protect your real margin
A Stripe or PayPal payout is not revenue, it is what is left after fees, refunds and chargebacks. Book it as one number and your profit looks better than it is. We split every payout so the margin you plan against is the margin you actually keep.
We speak your platforms, not just tax
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, A2X, Link My Books, DEAR, Cin7. You should not have to teach your accountant how FBA reserves or Afterpay settlements work. We already know your stack, so nothing gets lost between the cart and the ledger.
We keep you right when you sell across borders
Exports are GST-free, low-value goods imported into Australia attract GST, and EU OSS, NZ GST and US sales tax each follow their own rules. We get the treatment right the first time so a growing store overseas never turns into a problem with the ATO.

What Online Sellers Ask Before Switching Accountants
Do I need A2X or Link My Books?
Above ~100 orders per month, yes. Manual reconciliation is unreliable at scale. A2X for Shopify and Amazon, Link My Books for Shopify and WooCommerce. We set up and maintain whichever is right for your stack.
Are sales to overseas customers GST-free?
Yes, exports of physical goods or digital services to overseas customers are GST-free, with documentation requirements. We treat each transaction correctly so you do not over- or under-charge GST.
How is inventory handled?
Two options. Periodic (annual stocktake, simple) or perpetual (real-time, via integrations like DEAR or Cin7). We will pick the right approach for your volume and margin sensitivity.
What about Amazon reserves and held funds?
Amazon reserves are not yet your cash. We track them as a receivable so your cashflow shows what is actually available vs what is held.
Can you handle US sales tax via Shopify?
For Shopify-collected and remitted sales tax (states that participate), we track it through the platform. For multi-state nexus management we partner with TaxJar or Avalara to keep US compliance clean.
