Accountants Who Already Know ACNC, DGR and PBI
If you run a charity, association or PBI, we take the tax-exempt structuring, ACNC compliance, audit-ready financials and donor reporting off your plate. We prepare the ACNC Annual Information Statement week in and week out, so your endorsements stay current and your board gets numbers it can trust.
Every Dollar Has Someone Watching It, and You Carry That Weight
Your funders expect their money spent on purpose. Your board expects numbers it can trust before it signs off. The ACNC expects the statement lodged on time. When all three land at once, the accounting cannot be an afterthought, and it cannot be done by someone learning your world as they go.
Funding that comes with strings, tracked so the strings never trip you
Restricted and unrestricted income live separately in your file from day one. When a grant cycle closes, the acquittal is already half written, and you can show any funder exactly where their money went without a week of reconstruction.
A board pack your treasurer can actually read, on the 10th
Volunteer boards should not have to decode a profit and loss. You get variance against budget, the restricted fund position and a plain KPI view, ready before the meeting, so the conversation is about the mission rather than chasing where the figures came from.
ACNC, DGR and the PBI cap, handled by people who live in them
Whether you are a small association, a DGR-endorsed charity or a PBI providing direct relief, the rules differ and so does the risk. We classify your tier correctly, keep your endorsements current and use the FBT cap properly, so compliance is something you stop thinking about.

We Stand Between Your Mission and the Compliance That Threatens It
We protect your endorsements like they are ours
Lose income tax exemption, DGR or your ACNC registration and the funding pipeline can stop overnight. We watch the conditions behind each one all year and raise risks early, so you are never the last to know your standing is slipping.
We turn the PBI cap into real pay for your people
The sector cannot match corporate salaries, but the FBT cap and salary packaging let you give staff more take-home for the same cost to the charity. We set it up correctly and keep it inside the cap, so the benefit reaches the people doing the work.
We make sure your funders keep saying yes
Clean acquittals and accurate restricted fund reporting are how grants get renewed. We build your file so every funder sees their money was spent exactly as promised, and your next application starts from a position of trust.

What NFP Boards Ask Before Switching Accountants
What is the Annual Information Statement (AIS)?
The AIS is the compulsory annual return ACNC-registered charities lodge with the ACNC, covering activities, governance and finances. The financial reporting depth depends on charity tier (small, medium, large). We prepare and lodge it.
What is the PBI FBT cap?
Public benevolent institutions can provide up to $30,000 of FBT-exempt benefits per employee per year (plus meal entertainment/entertainment facility leasing on top). Used well, this is meaningful tax-free remuneration for NFP staff.
How do we maintain DGR status?
DGR status requires meeting the conditions of your DGR category, maintaining ACNC registration if required, and proper donor receipting. We monitor compliance and flag risks before they become problems.
Do you handle grant acquittals?
Yes. We build acquittal templates for your main funders and track restricted fund income and expenditure so acquittals are largely automatic at funder-cycle end.
Are charities exempt from income tax?
Most are, but only if ATO-endorsed as income tax exempt. Endorsement is separate from ACNC registration. We confirm or apply for it as part of onboarding.
